In November 2006, I spent a rare Thanksgiving in Maryland with my dad's side of the family, who I usually see only once or twice a year. My sister and I then spent the following six days driving home to California with in a Budget truck. "Thanksgiving" is a first-person documentary account of that vacation, in three parts.
